Terms of Service

Prices shown by our online estimator are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide and typical market conditions. They are not a binding contract or final quote. Actual pricing depends on an on-site assessment of the work, site access, tree or property condition, and other factors. We will confirm final pricing with you before any work begins.

Service scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and crew capacity. Tree work and snow & ice management are inherently weather-dependent, and we may reschedule work to keep crews and your property safe. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes.

When you request or receive service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and the work needed.
• Confirm you own the property or are authorized to request work on it.
• Identify property lines, buried utilities, irrigation, invisible fencing, and other hazards where known, and provide safe access for our crew and equipment.
• Pay for services as agreed upon completion of the work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection and related costs to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to submit false or fraudulent requests. All content on the site, including text, branding, and design, is our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the site or estimator will be error-free, uninterrupted, or complete. Estimator results are informational only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extreme Tree Care & Snow Removal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on estimator results. This section does not limit any rights you have under applicable law regarding the services we perform, which are addressed in your service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
